Urban Rise is a social enterprise focused on financial education. We provide comprehensive workshops and resources to empower disadvantaged individuals and families with essential financial literacy skills. Our aim is to help them improve their quality of life and break the cycle of poverty.
By participating in our workshops, you will gain practical knowledge and skills in managing personal finances. We cover topics such as budgeting, savings, income, debt, and behavioural aspects of money management. Our workshops create a supportive space for open discussions and provide implementable strategies for various age groups to enhance financial literacy.
Our workshops are designed for young people, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. We welcome anyone who wants to improve their financial literacy skills and gain a better understanding of managing money effectively. Our programs are tailored to cater to diverse backgrounds and learning needs.
Yes our private workshops are free of charge to youth club/centres and non for profit organisations that have:
- 16-24 group
- Target or work with BAME groups
- London based.
While we strive to make financial education accessible to all, we may charge organisations who would like a private or tailored workshops that don't fit into any of the above groups.
